Conveniently located, just a short walk to JR station and metro. Bonus of a washing machine. Well-equipped, spacious rooms with clean towels provided daily. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and convenience store nearby. Practical for travelers from Haneda airport.

The location was magnificent, not too far away from a public park. The personnel was friendly and polite, doing their best to assist. The room was bright and good sized with walk in wardrobe and an aircon, for instance, we felt like at home...

A lot of nice food. Very comfy beds and ample facilities and an electric kettle. Helpful staff, convenient check in.

The staff was amicable, the room was large with basic amenities, everything was great. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were a big plus. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from a public park.

The hotel was so close to the Hamamatsucho train station as well as close to station / subway thanks to its incredible location. There was Torimatsu, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Great location, close to major stations and Haneda Airport. Lots of restaurants and brew bars nearby. Spacious rooms with kitchenette and washer/dryer.

The hotel was clean with incredible location close to JR station and airy rooms. Overall a very good stay for 14 nights. Thanks to the outstandingly accommodating staff everything was perfect, including lots offine food. Comfy beds and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. Pleasant views towards city. Location close to multiple rail stations as well as the Haneda Airport monorail as well as the Yamanote line😀

This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The renovated apartment-style rooms were a great value for money, with a kitchen and big fridge, perfect for longer stays. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the station, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service and fresh towels provided. The hotel was situated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a peaceful atmosphere and lots of dining options.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with easy access to multiple train stations and subway lines. This made it a breeze to explore different areas of the city. the room was equipped with a washing machine, which was a great feature for us as we were able to do our laundry without any hassle. The non-smoking rooms were also a big plus, as it can be difficult to find such rooms in Japan.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of storage space for unpacking our luggage. There were some closed-off closets in the room, but they were not accessible to guests.

My friends and I recently stayed in a hotel and we couldn't believe the convenience of the location! It was just a short walk from the train station, making it a breeze to explore the city. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. We were also impressed by the friendly staff and their helpful service. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the stunning view from the rooftop terrace.

One small drawback was the early check-out time, which cut our stay a bit short.
